For our second assignment in Advanced Multimedia Reporting, I created a basic package news story with an A-roll, B-roll, and an on-camera interview.
The basic package used skills we learned with recording video, interviews, and reporter stand-up, editing in Premier Pro, adjusting audio, various short-, mid-, and long-range shots, and implementing graphics.
For this assignment, I interviewed Jillian Morse, a junior on the Virginia Tech Woman's Club Soccer team, about the Hokie Classic and the program's next steps. My Story included an anchor intro with hyperlinks and soundbites created into a video sequence.
